The Pound dropped on Monday's U.s session from levels right above 1.6500 to levels around 1.6390; the pair bounced ion early Asian session but after being capped at 1.6430 Sterling turned down to test 1.6370 support ahead of the European session opening.
Support area at 16370 has hold the pair so far, and the Pound trades at 1.6400 at the time of writing. In case of further decline, next support levels could be located at 1.6325 and 1.6275 (Aug 18 low). resistance levels lie at 1.6440/50, and above here, 1.6525 and 1.6570.
GBP/JPY decline from 156.80 high yesterday has extended in Asian session to levels below155.00, and the Sterling has dropped to test support at 153.50/60 ahead of the European session opening. Support levels are at the mentioned 1.5350/60 and 152.25. On the upside, resistance levels are 155.30 and 155.70.
